Return And Exchange Policy


Return Policy:

•Full Refund: You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the items are in their original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice.


•Sales and Discounted Purchases: For items bought during sales or at discounted prices, the discounted amount will be considered for exchanges or returns. Please note that no exchanges or returns will be processed without the original invoice.


•Irreplaceable Goods: If an item is irreplaceable and must be returned, we will refund the purchase price as stated on the sales invoice, using the same payment method initially used.


•Bank Card Purchases: Refunds for credit or debit card purchases will be processed back to the original bank account within 15 days.


•Pickup Service: If you request us to pick up items from your location, delivery charges will apply, with a minimum fee depending on the area.


•In-Store Returns: Items can be returned at any branch.


Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:


•Damaged or Altered Goods: Items cannot be returned or exchanged if their specifications or packaging have been altered, damaged, or cannot be restored to their original condition. This includes goods that cannot be resold due to being returned in a condition different from the purchase.


•Personal Care Products: All personal care products and spa home items (such as bathrobes, slippers, facial devices, thermal packs, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange due to their nature and for health reasons.
